Coming to you from Columbus Ohio is "Maidenhead", the debut CD from Realistic. "Maidenhead" is a left-brain collection of sticky sounds from life, layered and synchronized with unusual mechanical music and assorted other weird-ass stuff. Originally intended as a car stereo test recording, this CD evolved into a self indulgent recycled radio headfuck fest. Realistic fuses complex digital sound collage and distorted pop melodies around textured plastic rhythms creating a big ol’ mess. 50 minutes of dynamic headphone bliss with full color interactive packing options.
