The "Extended Mix" on B side sounds like a re-edited version, where the instrumental intro of the original mix was lopped on the begining of the track and then played a few times between the vocal parts too.

Using the correct pieces when cutting it, a nice instrumental break was included on the middle of this mix, with all cuts made perfectly.
